Residential Eligibility

Think Ability contracts with Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Services to provide supports to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. To determine eligibility and funding sources it is necessary to obtain a letter of approval for services from the Oklahoma Developmental Disability Services. The eligibility criteria and application is included here, along with detailed program descriptions. 

Think Ability will need a letter of approval for services from Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Services to determine eligibility and funding source.  

To ensure that we can adequately meet the needs of the applicant and maintain the current level of support for the individuals currently serves, a meeting and tour will be arranged with the prospective individual and their family. During this meeting strengths and needs will be identified. Subsequently, the Think Ability team will convene to assess the applicant’s requirements and determine our ability to provide the necessary supports.
